Your Dutch Crunch will stay fresh for at least a week from its ship date. Since Max's Dutch Crunch is an all natural product, we recommend that you freeze anything you don't plan to eat within 7 days of your order's ship date. To ensure maximum freshness, orders placed by 11:59 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be baked and shipped the following day. Orders placed between 12:00 AM PST Friday and 11:59 PM PST Sunday will be baked shipped the following Monday. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM PST on a Tuesday will ship Wednesday. An order placed at 2:00 PM PST on Saturday will ship the following Monday.

We work hard to make sure that your order goes out on time. If you would like to make a change before your order has shipped, please reach out to us and we will do our best to modify or cancel your order.

Since Max's Dutch Crunch is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or issues regarding our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can work with you on a fix!

Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands. We do however ship to the Contiguous US!
